Many of you have asked us questions about our new product offering, Echo PV in Phoenix. To learn more about how an Echo PV installation works, and what it makes use of in order to work, click here for our previous blog about Echo PV.
But in this blog, we’re going to address some of your other questions. Many of you had asked us if Echo PV could only be installed on new construction homes. While it is certainly possible to install an Echo PV during new construction, that’s absolutely not the ONLY time it can be installed on your home.
Echo PV can be installed on homes of all makes and models, from cottage style to larger McCormick Ranch style homes and more. One thing you do need to know ahead of time is that an Echo PV install is an undertaking, and is a more intensive installation process than a simple rooftop solar panel install or solar water heater installation in Phoenix.
Not every single home is a candidate for Echo PV, but we won’t be able to determine that until one of our solar technicians comes out to your home to inspect your roof and other areas of your home structure for integrity, and so on. The Echo PV installation process does require that we remove your roof, so if this is something you’ve wanted to replace anyway for better efficiency, now would be the time to get that handled too!
Call Adair Solar Company in Mesa with your questions about Echo PV or to set up your consultation. Simply dial (480) 827-1162. You’ll be glad you did!

Here’s an interesting question recently posed by WCVB, Boston about residential solar energy:
“What if you could install solar power in your home with no upfront costs and pay less for the electricity it generates than you do to your utility company?”
The piece goes on to discuss the fact that solar installations on residential properties has doubled in the past year. And we at Adair Solar Company in Mesa say, rightfully so! We’ve certainly been in high demand by Phoenix area residents as they learn more and more from our solar energy blog and elsewhere about the fact that the cost of installing solar panels and solar water heaters in Phoenix drops dramatically with each passing day–and also with the help of both state and federal tax credits and solar tax rebates. It’s not a secret, yet still millions of American home owners are not aware that a solar installation does not have to be costly. In addition, it can dramatically increase the value of your home, lower your monthly utilities bills by leaps and bounds, and perhaps most importantly for the long haul, reduce your carbon footprint so future generations can worry that much less about the state of the planet.
So, to answer WCVB’s rhetorical question, what would you do, how about what WILL you do with all those immediate and later, monthly savings? Put money away for your children’s education, save up for retirement, invest in medical savings accounts–the choice is yours–and you WILL notice the almost absurd amount of money you will save every month when you have rooftop solar panels in Phoenix, that’s for sure!
Call Adair Solar Company in Mesa today for your FREE in-home consultation–you can be outfitted with solar panels and a solar water heater in Phoenix before Turkey Day!

With all the doom and gloom in the news world surrounding solar energy and the industry’s Solyndra upset, we thought it was high time we brought you some good news that’s a little on the light side. So, we’re excited to bring you this story!KLCC Public Radio of Eugene, Oregon announced today that a home town winery will be installing more than 4,000 solar panels–THE largest solar array on winery landscape in Oregon history. The winery, called Northwest Winery, will house the solar panels on the land it holds in the King Estate of Oregon. This solar system will be nearly a 1,000 kilowatt system–one of the largest solar farms in the entire state, not just the largest for some special interest or project. Not too shabby, King Estate!
According to KLCC, “The full setup will eliminate more than 38 million pounds of carbon dioxide over the next 25 years. Project manager Derek Crop says the construction crew was enthusiastic.” The article also notes that the whole project is on track to reach completion before the end of October.
Now THAT is something to toast over
Cheers to King Estate Winery! If you are ready for some solar panels of your own, or you want to get ready for the Arizona winter with a solar water heater installation in Phoenix, give Adair Solar Company in Mesa a call today for your FREE in-home consultation! Just dial (480) 827-1162 today.

Well, it may seem obvious to longtime Arizonans that a good, long-lasting radiant barrier insulation in Phoenix is one heck of a good idea. BUT (and that’s a big but!) many, many Phoenix area homes are not outfitted with radiant barrier insulation. In fact, most homes in Arizona older than fifteen years are still equipped with the same insulation they were built with, and in most cases, this means good old fashioned cotton candy insulation, which unfortunately is not very effective.
So when should you get radiant barrier insulation in Phoenix? NOW! Before it gets too hot! The last thing you want to do is realize you should have gotten radiant barrier insulation when it’s already 110 degrees outside.
If you’re unsure whether or not you have cotton candy type insulation or a radiant barrier type insulation, you can call Adair Solar Company in Phoenix and we’ll come out for a FREE in-home consultation — this is also a good time to ask the Adair Solar Company in Arizona representative about solar panels and solar water heaters in Phoenix, both of which will help you save even more money.
Radiant barrier insulation is installed quickly and easily by our professional installer, and the price is more than affordable. When you sign on for solar panels and/or a solar water heater installation in Phoenix, you’ll also be elligible for credits and/or rebates from the government.
So call Adair Solar Company in Phoenix today at (480) 827-1162 or simply click here to fill out our contact form, and we’ll get in touch with you at a convenient time.

We at Adair Solar are happy to tell you all that the solar water heater and free installation went very well! The solar water heater winners, Tracy Darmody and John Kelly are pleased with the solar water heater installation on their home, which they just recently purchased.
Tracy told an Adair representative what she thought of the solar water heater and installation when it was complete: “After winning the Adair Plumbing and Solar giveaway, I was a bit skeptical about some sort of hidden ‘strings’ or fees attached. Happily, there were none whatsoever. Instead, I was fortunate to have professional, nice installers appear at my front door. Cary and Andy answered all of my questions without any hesitancy. After only a few short hours of installation, I look forward to long term savings. I’m sold — or should I say, I’m solar!”
We’re so glad to hear that Tracy and John will now have a great way to harness the powerful desert sunshine we enjoy here in the valley. We’re even more excited that Tracy and John will spread the good word about solar energy, it’s importance, and why they plan to recommend Adair Solar to friends and family.
We’d love to hear from anyone who has questions about Adair Solar energy company in Arizona.
