It's always darkest just before dawn: rooftop solar shines light on Joplin tragedy

Well, it’s been more than a month now since the absolutely devastating and tragic tornado event in Joplin, MO and the surrounding areas of the South and middle America. But from many tragedies, wonderful flowers can blossom, and here is a story of just such an event in our great nation.
